Wizard World Toronto

This past weekend was Wizard World Toronto. It was a really great weekend! The convention was definitely busier this year than last year. I really liked the floor set-up this year as well. It was nice that Artist Alley took over such a large part of the floor, from one side of the room to the other and to get to the celebrities you had to walk through Artist Alley.

It was so nice meeting new people and also meeting some Twitter 'friends'. It was definitely a rewarding show for me. I received some great feedback on my products and once again I was told by a few people, who bought cat toys from me on Saturday, that their cats loved my kitty kickers! I love making kitties happy all over Southern Ontario! And once I post them on Etsy, I can make kitties all over the world happy!

It was such a fun weekend and it always makes going back to work on Monday such a disappointment. It sucks coming back to reality. Now, I have Fan Expo to prepare for. It's such a huge event and it's 4 days! I'm very thankful I have a lot of time to work on inventory for that convention.

I was pretty happy to have Adam come to the convention with me all weekend. We spent most of our time discussing which comics to pick up next and our game plan for Free Comic Book Day. Oh, and what Pop Vinyl figures he needs to buy me!

I hope everyone had a great weekend!

    1. Thanks! I have always found it hard to display my pouches properly, but I think I'm finally content with my display.

    1. Thank you! Comic Conventions are my favourite shows to do since I'm interested in a lot of things there. I love the costumes and seeing talented artists and picking up new toys.

  3. Yay, glad it went good! Your table looks great (so organized and professional!) and I LOVE the ghostbusters pillows -I didn't know you did throw pillows too!

    1. I make a few throw pillows for each show usually. I ended up selling one of the Ghostbuster pillows to a young boy to use in the car. He was pretty adorable. And thank you for the sweet comments!

    2. Do you have any Ghostbuster pillowcases? (I'd love to surprise my husband with one!)

    3. I did have 2 Ghostbuster pillowcases at this show but they sold. I know I have more Ghostbuster fabric though so I can definitely make another pillowcase or two!
