What I'm Loving Now

I've been a busy bee and trying hard to keep up with my books, television shows, and new movies. It's been tough trying to balance everything though.

Gwen Stefani

I was obsessed with Gwen's new album back in the summer but my love for it was reignited recently. It puts me in a great mood and I find myself belting out to the songs whenever I can. It's definitely become my go-to album when I need to lift my spirits, find energy to clean, or want to dance around.


The Mindy Project

The newest season of The Mindy Project has been airing this fall and I'm loving the story line.
*SPOILERS*

They've changed things up a bit in the love department for Mindy and I'm a fan! The actor playing Ben was on One Tree Hill for a while. I loved his character on One Tree Hill and he's just as sweet on The Mindy Project. I love how this show has evolved since airing on Hulu. And can I please move into Mindy's apartment?!?

My Life In Photos

I know I say it every month but August has gone by way too quick. It's probably because I've been incredibly busy and every free moment is accounted for in some way (sewing, social plans, appointments, Pokemon). After Fan Expo I plan on spending a week relaxing. I will go to work and come home to lounge on the couch. No plans, no chores, no errands.

The cats have claimed the guest room. Logan has taken to sleeping right on the pillows.

How I spend most evenings: sewing.


I saw Gwen Stefani in concert in Toronto at the beginning of the month. It was an incredible night and she was absolutely amazing.



My face most days when I make my to-do list. Give me all the caffeine to get through the next couple of weeks!

What I'm Loving Now

February is almost over and I have the Springtime itch... I want sunny days, open windows, no more Winter coats. I blame retail. The stores are starting to fill up with camping gear, gardening supplies, and lots of pastels for Easter.

Make Me Like You

Then, there's Gwen Stefani's new single - Make Me Like You. I'm addicted and it's the perfect song for nice weather. My excitement to play this song (and her entire new album) while driving with my car windows down this Spring is strong! 


Broad City

 Between social media and one of my best friends, this show kept being recommended to me. I watched the first season and I loved it. It took a couple of episodes to grow on me but by the end of the season I really liked Abbi and Ilana. I'm looking forward to starting the second season to see more of their adventures.
