It's officially Christmas season! I'm so excited for the holidays this year. I mean, it's a little weird because of the pandemic and not being able to see others. But, I feel like our family is complete this year - we have our two children and Emma is already pumped for "Kissmis". It makes my heart so full.
Clockwise from top left:
Christmas Inheritance - This movie is pure cheese (but what holiday movie isn't?). It's such a typical Christmas plot too. Spoiled girl ends up in small town and learns the real meaning of Christmas. Sound familiar? But I enjoy it; the feel of the small town, the 2 lead characters. It warms my heart and entertains my brain so I watch it yearly.
The Knight Before Christmas - This was a new release last year and everyone was excited for it and then most people were super disappointed. As usual, it's super cheesy and a crazy storyline. I mean, there's time travel! I love the chemistry of the two main characters and I love Vanessa Hudgens in it. The movie makes me happy and is a great mood-booster.
The Holiday Calendar - Another typical Christmas movie plot - Christmas magic! This is a big part of this movie with a magical Advent Calendar. I like the story, the characters, and especially the main lead. Plus the movie was filmed in Niagara-on-the-Lake which is a super gorgeous town.
Trolls Holiday - I didn't even know there was a Trolls Holiday movie until we found it last year when Emma started her Trolls obsession. It's a short special - about a half hour. The music is fun and the story is cute. I definitely recommend this movie, especially if you have kids!
These movies are super cheesy and unrealistic, so if you're not a fan of movies like this then don't bother with them. But if you're Christmas obsessed and want all the feel-good movies, then dive right into these movies!
Let me know what you think if you watch them!
