Review: Catpax

A couple of weeks ago I opened up our mailbox to find a large box inside... My Catpax subscription box was inside! They sent me their December box to review and I was super excited to open it up with the kitties! My review is over on IGGPPC as well!

The Catpax monthly subscription box contains kitty toys, treats, and care products. But one of my favourite things about this particular subscription box company is that 10% of their proceeds go to cat rescue groups. They give back to help other kitties! From their site: "CATPAX is dedicated to helping cats everywhere. We pledge a portion of our proceeds to great cat shelters, rescues, and other groups around the country." So not only are your own cats getting a treat, but you're helping other cats in need.

The box I received contained two bags of treats, a pack of cat toys, and some grooming wipes. I was especially interested in the grooming wipes since I haven't tried many care products on my own cats.

The felted balls were a great and simple toy! One of Logan's favourite toys ever has been a felted strawberry that I received in a craft swap years ago. He stole it and it's been the toy he carries around with him everywhere (that is when he can find it). These felt balls are nice and light and Logan's been carrying them around the house.

I used the grooming wipes on the cats and I really liked them. I think these are something I'd look to buy and keep on hand at all times. They smelled great and it was so nice and easy to wipe the cats down and not have to wash them off afterwards. And with Logan being an anxious, little guy who pees when he's in the car (not fun for vet visits) these wipes would be ideal to have in my purse.

Currently Catpax only ships within the U.S. so even though I was able to review a box, I won't be purchasing another subscription box for myself. I do think it's a fantastic idea to treat your cat(s) to some different products you wouldn't normally know about and helping out needy cats, even if only in the U.S., still makes me happy.

You can find Catpax on FacebookTwitter, and Instagram.
