Happiness Inspiration

The last couple of weeks have been a rollercoaster of emotions for me. As I've said before, this Summer was incredibly busy and a bit stressful. There was so much going on and so much that had to be done. Thankfully we're now completely moved in and Fan Expo is over. So I get to rest a bit and focus on some other projects. But I'm still exhausted in every way. Add in a part-time job that has stressed me out more than it should over the last year, and I've become a bit of a wreck.

I've had some positive chats with some family and friends and I'm feeling motivated to make some small changes to get my life into a happier place. I need to spend a bit more time on me. I woke up today feeling motivated to start this happiness project.

So first up was working out, which hasn't been done in months if you don't count swimming at the lake and walks. Me and my treadmill had a 25 minute date first thing this morning. Next, I'm going to be adding some new music to my iPod tonight that makes me smile and dance. And last, I'll be fine tuning my resume while I consider my job status.

For now, I'm going to leave you with some things that brighten my day... oh, and speaking of which, I received the sweetest card in the mail today from Valerie which was perfect considering my mood.
